HIPAA, GDPR or other compliance depends on hosting, access controls, backups and each organization’s policies; it is not automatic when a plugin is installed.

Does Bandura operate as external SaaS?
No. It is installed in WordPress. Freemius manages licensing and updates, while clinical records remain in the site database.
Does the webmaster need access to a practitioner’s Gmail?
No. Each authorized practitioner completes their own private Google Calendar OAuth connection.
Can I install it for multiple clients?
Yes. Licenses are available for 1, 5 and 20 sites. Each activation maps to one WordPress installation.
Does the purchase include hosting or WordPress support?
No. The license covers the plugin. Hosting, maintenance and implementation are separate services when required.
